Pamela's involvement in the Foundation grew out of her love for the islands and their people dating back to 1973 when she first sailed and lived in the Caribbean.
She brings new ideas and energy to the work of the Foundation. Her contributions include - but are not limitied to - projects such as the Treadle Sewing Machine initiative, the Crocs distribution project, and more recently the Dental Hygiene program.
It was Pamela's iniative and financial backing that made the Micro Loan Program happen. Without her direction and motivation that idea would still be on the table in the planning stages.
Living in Colorado allows Pamela to accomplish the daily administrative work of the Foundation at a faster rate.
